Many private practices operate with small management teams and many NDIS providers don't have a registered psychologist onsite. This is a unique opportunity to participate in individual consultation for a more collaborative based approach to managing your practice, that you may not have previously had access to, this is a valuable and objective approach to managing the challenges faced by many leaders in psychology, ask us to match you with a supervisor. 

Third Party Consent
Do you need to discuss your employees information with us regarding their supervision or payments of their supervision? We have an online Third Party Consent form for supervisees to complete should they allow us to discuss their supervision or to share any information relating to their supervision HERE 

Joining a supervision session with your team member is a great way to pass on valuable information from the workplace to an offsite supervisor and create seamless support and communication. Be sure you speak to your provisional psychologist first so that they can discuss it with their supervisor prior to having you join the session.
