Service Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for all products and services available through Provisional Psychologist Hub, Psychologist Hub and Psychology Supervisor Hub. Please review this agreement before undertaking any purchase or commencing any service with Provisional Psychologist Hub. We recommend that you  retain a copy of this agreement for your records.
