Grounded in cultural identity, clinical integrity, and genuine care, KARI Foundation is growing its therapeutic services team and is looking for a provisional or registered psychologist to join them across their Liverpool and Rosebery locations in Sydney, NSW.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary clinic exclusively with Aboriginal children, young people, and families, in a fast-paced environment with complex clients across the lifespan.

• Salary packaging up to $15,900 to increase your take-home pay

• A 35-hour work week across Liverpool and Rosebery, Sydney NSW
• Salary of $104,226 to $115,486 per year plus super, negotiable based on experience

Your Opportunity:

As a psychologist at KARI Foundation, you will conduct high-quality psychological assessments across the lifespan, deliver trauma-informed and evidence-based counselling to children, parents, and carers, and contribute to the development of Behaviour Support Plans. You will work alongside caseworkers, carers, and family members within a multidisciplinary team, and engage in collaborative care planning with external providers. A willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex clients across the lifespan is essential.

What You Bring:

• Provisional or general registration with AHPRA
• Strong understanding of trauma, attachment, and child development
• Familiarity with a range of psychometric tools and therapeutic frameworks
• High-level clinical writing and communication skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive, family-centred practice
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Paid Worker)
• NSW Driver's Licence, minimum Provisional 2
• National Criminal History Check upon commencement
