Your Opportunity:
As a Psychologist with ESA, you will support children and families to build independence, participation, and confidence. You’ll conduct clinical assessments, set meaningful goals, deliver evidence based therapy, collaborate with families and key stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement within your practice. Every day, you’ll be part of the small moments that create big change.

What You Bring:
• A tertiary qualification in Psychology with current AHPRA registration
• A passion for making therapy fun, engaging, and impactful
• Strong counselling skills and an understanding of therapeutic approaches for children, young people, and families
• Desirable experience in mental health and risk assessments
• Required compliance checks, including WWCC, National Police Check, NDIS Screening, First Aid, and a valid driver’s licence and vehicle
