Clear Thinking Mental Health Group is a dedicated mental health service provider delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychological care to individuals and families across Ballarat, Victoria. They are seeking both a Psychologist and a Provisional Psychologist to join their team, with a preference for candidates looking to settle into a role and become a valued long-term member of the team.
Location: Ballarat, Ballarat, and Central Highlands VIC
Role: Psychologist (Fully Registered)
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
Salary: $105,000 to $110,000 per year plus super
Deliver evidence-based psychological services across a diverse range of presentations and age groups, working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Access to peer group supervision is available for all psychologists.
Role: Provisional Psychologist
Employment Type: Part-time, structured to allow time for academic studies
Salary: $88,000 full-time equivalent plus super
An excellent opportunity to develop your clinical expertise within a structured and supportive environment. Supervision is available for provisional psychologists, with opportunities to work across a broad range of presentations and age groups under appropriate oversight. The part-time arrangement has been thoughtfully designed to complement your ongoing academic commitments.
What You Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or eligibility for provisional registration
- Knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions including CBT and ACT
- Strong clinical assessment, formulation, and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development, reflective practice, and ethical standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive practice
