To access the Booking Client Portal, follow this link. On the top right-hand side, click "Login." If you are a first-time user, click "Register Here." For returning users, use the email address on file and your password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Reset Your Password."

Once logged in, you can choose from various options:

• "Book Appointment" for individual primary or secondary supervision
• "Book Class" for available group supervisions
• "My Appointments" to view upcoming supervision appointments and cancel any unnecessary ones
• "My Invoices" for pay-as-you-go clients

To book an appointment:

1. Click "Book Appointment"
2. Choose the appointment type, ensuring to select options with "Member" if you are a member or "Supervision for Provisional Psychologists" if you are a pay-as-you-go client.
3. Select the line item, indicating the duration and cost.
4. Choose the supervisor(s) if applicable.
5. Browse available dates and times on the calendar.
6. Select a date and time, review details, and click "Book Now."

To cancel an appointment:

1. Click "My Appointments."
2. Locate the appointment to cancel.
3. Click the cross next to the appointment you wish to cancel.
