Winnie has over 14 years’ experience including Mental Health and Community Rehabilitation, Disability Employment Services, Private Practice and NDIS Behaviour Support and Psychological Services. She has worked with people across the lifespan including, families with younger children who have behavioural and or developmental difficulties, youth through to late adulthood disadvantaged due to homelessness, chronic and persistent mental health condition, intellectual and developmental disability.

Winnie utilises a range of therapeutic styles including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Brief solution-focused therapy, Strength-based approach, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing techniques. She is highly experienced in treating depression, anxiety, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, positive behaviour intervention support, relationship issues, perinatal counselling, vocational counselling, case management, coaching and group training.
