Chris has been a Psychologist since 2001 and trained as a Board Approved Supervisor over 14 years ago. She completed a Master of Psychology (Ed. & Dev) in 2000. Since then, Chris has worked in a variety of early intervention and therapeutic settings with children, youth and their families in Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane.

Chris has significant experience in child and youth mental health services (CYMHS) including specialist services for school refusal, outreach and providing professional development for education staff. She currently works in a private practice located in North Brisbane, providing therapy to children and their families, utilising animal assisted therapy. She has training in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Her interest areas include autism, anxiety, parenting and developmental disabilities.

With over 20 years of experience, Chris has a passion for supporting probationary psychologists to develop their skills, feel confident and reach their goals. She brings a calm, compassionate and practical approach to supervision.
