Compassion Focussed Therapy Mini-Series 
(3 hours including readings) 

This 2 part mini-series introduces you to the therapeutic approach of Compassion Focussed  Therapy, how it evolved, the science behind it, and its value in both personal and professional applications. It will navigate the three emotional regulation systems of the brain, Drive, Soothing and Threat, before she will examine techniques used in Compassion Mind Training, providing an example for CFT working with eating disorders.

Intervention with Trauma Mini-Series (Watch the Preview Video on this page)
(3 hours and 30 minutes including readings) 

This 2 part series is delivered by Board Approved Supervisor and Clinical Psychologist Laura Fildes. The series will commence with the workshop ‘Treating Trauma in Adults’ where the facilitator will explore response to trauma, presenting symptoms and treatment options. The second workshop will focus specifically on EMDR and TFCBT including the challenges, conceptualising treatment options while engaging and motivating clients.
