"The Personnel Group is a not-for-profit organisation that is passionate about helping people improve their lives. Whilst predominantly assisting people with disabilities move into employment, The Personnel Group now provide other services, including health and clinical services to participants in the broader community and across the lifespan. Referrals to our clinics include NDIS, Medicare and private referrals.
We are experienced in supporting provisional psychologists through their internship and are proud to see our team reach general registration and continue their working careers with us. We offer a supportive working environment, with a case load that is tiered in line with your ability, starting at 3 clients per day and increasing to a maximum of 5 clients per day once you are ready. You will be allocated to a team, where you will have a team leader that will assist you on a day-to-day basis and access to a supervision allowance to assist with these costs.
Professional development is extremely important to us, and you will receive training and ongoing development when working with us.
We provide a range of assessments including autism assessments, using both the MIGDAS and ADOS tools, cognitive assessments and ADHD assessments, and you will receive training in these, once you feel comfortable.
Our KPIs are focused on clinical outcomes and not on billable hours and our services are delivered in our clinic rooms. "
