We are now welcoming applications for our 2026 Grad Program — designed to give early career psychologists the foundation they deserve.

Grad Salary Package: $99,200

• Base Salary: $85,000
• Superannuation: $10,200
• PD Budget: Up to $4,000 + 4 days PD leave

📅 Comprehensive 6-month structured induction – With ongoing training and development to set you up for success
🦥 Manageable caseload – Gradual caseload build-up, no KPIs for your first 6 months, and day-to-day support from Senior Clinicians
🗣️ Frequent supervision – Fortnightly 1:1 supervision with an internal registered psychologist & board-approved supervisor (secondary supervisor) and ongoing senior support – no question is too small
