Evolve Wellbeing Psychology is one of the longest established and reputable psychology practices on Brisbane’s bayside. We offer psychological and therapeutic services for individuals, couples and families, and provide Autism, ADHD, cognitive and mental health assessments.
We work with evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies and have an integrated model of recovery and care. We are a neuro-affirming practice that maintains a safe, inclusive and positive ethos for clients and staff.

About the Role
The ideal Psychologist for Evolve Wellbeing Psychology will:
- Provide psychological services to our clients, and implement appropriate assessment and intervention plans for clients.
- Write psychological reports and correspondence to referrers.
- Liaise with referrers and other key stakeholders to achieve outcomes for clients.
- Follow practice policies and adherence to AHPRA guidelines and codes of conduct.
- Have an ability to function with a high degree of initiative and experience, under general limited direction, as a clinician
- Be proficient in use of Powerdiary practice management software.
- Be open to the option and opportunities to build career pathways toward leadership, group work and developing and applying new skills in areas of interest.
- Be proficient in, or willing to develop skills in, the conduct and delivery of psychological assessments.
Flexible shifts available, including daytime, early mornings, and evenings. Saturday shifts are available on a voluntary basis.
About You
Along with your commitment to client outcomes and values-based approach to work, you'll also have:
- Relevant academic qualifications with provisional or full registration with AHPRA.
- Medicare registered provider or ability to attain, and be registered with private health funds (where applicable).
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance cover.
- Current and high level of industry knowledge and of private practice systems, Medicare and various referral pathways, intervention and evidence-based treatment methodology.
- Have a willingness and enthusiasm to broaden your therapeutic skillset and abilities.
- Physically present in Australia with an unrestricted right to work in Australia.
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with children check) and Yellow Card (Working with persons with disabilities check), or ability to attain.
- Willingness to provide a National Police Check upon request.
- An open, transparent and direct communication style.
