This workshop is designed to support board approved supervisors through the process of direct observations of practice with a focus on the requirements for 4+2 and 5+2 internship programs. The facilitator will explore your responsibilities as a supervisor before guiding you through the process of direct observation, with advice and practical tips on how to overcome challenges and barriers.  This workshop includes templates to support practical implementation of the learnings.
