Throughout our discussion, we'll explore the essential obligations of supervisors concerning 4+2 and 5+1 Internship Logbooks and utilise scenarios to navigate challenges that may arise when these records are not promptly completed. By the end of the workshop, you'll not only have a comprehensive understanding of the significance of logbooks and the importance of fulfilling your responsibilities as a supervisor in ensuring their completeness and accuracy, but you will be able to remedy supervision deficits and work with supervisees in communicating these challenges in a way that supports their ongoing growth and development. Let's embark on this journey to ensure that logbooks remain a reliable and robust reflection of competence throughout the internship program.
