"Established for over 40 years, the READ Clinic is the largest psychology clinic on the Central Coast, with 27 psychologists ranging from provisional psychologists and early career registered psychologists to PhDs and senior psychologists with 25+ years experience. A positive and supportive environment, all the practitioners at the Clinic are very willing to share their knowledge and experience informally, and via the monthly group supervision sessions (Adult TF-CBT, EMDR and Child & Family groups), professional development events and annual conference.

As a provisional psychologist at the READ Clinic you have access to senior Board-approved supervisors who provide weekly individual and small-group supervision at no cost. We have a wonderful admin team who take care of your administrative tasks including intake calls, diary management, invoicing and debt collection, leaving you free to focus on delivering high quality therapy to your clients. For provisional psychologists we also fund training courses including Circle of Security, EMDR and assessment courses based on areas of interest.

On registration, we offer provisional psychologists the opportunity to join the Clinic as an independent practitioner, and provide support for the transition from employee to self-employed psychologist."
