Jodi is a Clinical Psychologist with a dual degree in Psychology and Anthropology. She lives and works in Far North Queensland . Her special areas of expertise include providing culturally appropriate care, working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, working with the complexities of the not for profit sector and in rural and remote mental health.

Jodi has worked across a range of different roles including in eating disorder research, private practice, and in the non-government sector. Jodi is most dedicated to providing the best quality of assessment and intervention to marginalised groups, and in training a new generation of psychologists to do the same. Jodi also attained a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing prior to training as a psychologist which has proved to be endlessly beneficial when writing Assessment Reports.

Jodi currently works with the adolescent population and their families. She works with transgender young people both in her current practice and in consultation with a local transgender clinic. She has been involved in lobbying for better solutions within the health system for the transgender population and is passionate about supporting the challenges they face.
