Leza has 19 years experience as a psychologist and 11 years as a board approved supervisor. Leza has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, non-profit, education (i.e. school psychologist), employment services, and health/medical (paediatric practice). Leza has also supervised supervisees within those settings and within corrections, medicolegal, and NDIS. Leza co-owned a private group practice for 8 years primarily working with children, adolescents, and families prior to successfully been acquired by a national service provider and is now the co-owner and Director of the Provisional Psychologist Hub.


Leza is particularly interested in providing supervision in relation to working with children to assist with difficulties including anxiety disorders, trauma, adjustment, mood disorders and behaviour challenges.
Leza practices from a variety of frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and feels strongly about the role of formulation in assessment and therapy. Leza has skills in psychometric assessment including the use of measures to help inform the diagnosis of ADHD, Intellectual Impairment, and ASD.


Leza is very passionate about supervising and supporting early career psychologists to grow in their competence and confidence in the role. Leza is also passionate about working with psychologists across the lifespan of their career and their transition from provisional psychologist to early career onto supervisor and then leadership and/or practice ownership.
