Kate has extensive experience in non for profit and private practice settings within Australia and the Middle East. She specialises in treating anxiety disorders across the lifespan in addition to other mental health issues. These include depression, grief, relationship & adjustment difficulties, and learning challenges.
Kate primarily practices CBT, ACT and mindfulness based interventions with a therapeutic approach grounded in kindness, empathy and compassion.
Kate brings this approach to her practice as a supervisor along with just under 10 years of clinical experience. She enjoys guiding and encouraging her supervisees to obtain their general registration.
